We can say, 21C is the times of images. In this Image's Times, the Image of Companies depends on Leaders' image of Companies, and the Countries' images depends on their Leaders' politics. So, Leaders' images will have effectivities as power. Therefore, the goal of this research is to develop the program's model of image leadership to contribute to strengthening a individual and a organization's competitive power, to increase a individual and organization's abilities to analysis and attain aim after establishing the goal by illuminating each image leaderships. Also, we can get meaningful results as following by the contents of research and operating this programs. First, we can form the relationships between image and leadership from this research, and also It can contribute to form new theory of image leadership academically by forming the theory connecting to promote signification of image leaderships and value added of individual and companies. Second, for practical side view, this research will contribute to provide the point ability to build up leader's desirable image which is required in this global stage, by studying images systematically the value of brand in order to raise competitiveness of companies. Third, it will provide the developmental directions of development of capable leaderships by constructing affirmative image leadership with developing individual potential ability.
