In the dynamic road environment of autonomous driving environment, V2X(Vehicle-to-Everything) Communication based on safety and reliability is essential for convergent and situation-adaptive decision-making and judgment control. Existing V2X systems mainly focus on V2V (Vehicle-to-Vehicle), V2I(Vehicle-to-Infrastructure), and V2T(Vehicle-to-Traffic Control Center) communications, but lack a comprehensive approach to effectively manage emergency vehicle scenarios. Adaptive V2X middleware including V2V, V2I, V2T, and V2E is required to ensure smooth and stable navigation when emergency vehicles such as ambulances, fire trucks, and police cars are in motion. In this paper, we propose a new Trust-based Safety V2X(TSV2X) Middleware designed to guarantee real-time communication and navigation with nearby vehicles, infrastructure, and traffic control centers even when emergency vehicles are moving, beyond V2V, V2I, and V2T that only provide road communication and accident information in the road environment where autonomous vehicles drive. TS-V2X not only provides information about unexpected accidents and objects, but also integrates realtime situation inference, priority-based traffic adaptation, and collaborative communication between vehicles, infrastructure, and traffic control centers in emergency vehicle situations. It also improves the scalability of middleware systems based on distributed computing principles and edge processing, and ensures low-latency response time and scalable adaptive control for rapid adaptive situation awareness and adaptive control, thereby contributing to safe and reliable distributed systems and autonomous driving fields with its innovative approach to adaptive V2X middleware.
