This study was to examine how much expenditure of private education for employment of four-year female college students spent as time changed, what factors affected the expenditure of private education for employment, and that factors affected the rate of expenditure change by using the 9th year (2015) to 12th year (2018) of the Youth Panel Survey. The multi-layered growth model analysis was conducted for this study. The result of this study is that, as time goes by, the average monthly personal training costs for individuals will increase. In addition, variables such as the individual's current economic status, the absence of a leave of absence, the financial support of parents, and the average monthly support amount had an influence on the initial value of the private training for employment expenditure for each individual. Furthermore, age, the individual's current economic status, leave of absence experience, and father's final educational degree influenced the change of total private training.
