초록

The research question of this study were first, is Amabile's proposal of the individual's intrinsic-extrinsic motivation's 2 factor model and 4 factor model reasonable? It was proved that the two factor model was better than the four factor model in understanding human intrinsic-extrinsic motivation. Second, is the intrinsic-extrinsic motivation independent of each other? According to the correlation analysis of the independent relationship between the intrinsic-extrinsic motivation, they are independent each other. Third, which factor is deeply related with the intrinsic-extrinsic motivation? According to the examine of the relationship between intrinsic-extrinsic motivation and personality factors, intrinsic motivation had a meaningful relationship with intellectual openness and extrovert factor, on the other hand, extrinsic motivation had a meaningful relationship with neurotic and anxiety factor. Fourth, is there any difference between the four groups that are characterized by intrinsic-extrinsic motivation? According to this research of the differences between the four groups divided by the type of intrinsic-extrinsic motivation, personality factors of each four groups had meaningful difference.
