초록
The purpose of the study was to present a comprehensive view on relationships among learner factors, learning satisfaction, and job performance competency in a hotel industry. In total, 340 cases was surveyed and analysed by 8 deluxe hotels which are located in Seoul. These results are based on research, and the outcomes are as follows: First, in learner factors, both learning motivation and self-regulation were positively related to learning satisfaction. However, experience and ability did not have an effect on learning satisfaction. Hence, hypothesis 1 was partially supported. Second, this research helped refine learning satisfaction, therefore it positively supported job performance competency. Therefore, hypothesis 2 is supported. Third, learning motivation, experience and ability, self-regulation was positively influence by job performance competency. Therefore, hypothesis 3 was supported. Lastly, this research verified the mediation effect of learning satisfaction conducted by Sobel test and Aroian test was mediated between learning factors and job performance competency. Hence, hypothesis 4 was supported.
