This paper examines the concept of Noble Food and outlines how the safety evaluation criteria of Noble Food are systematically regulated. In addition, from the perspective of gender innovation, it proposes safety evaluation criteria for new foods using STEM. Scientific and systematic analysis of gender impacts in the fields of science and technology, health and medicine. It can be seen that establishing empirical standards reduces social and economic costs. However, the errors of long-standing studies have intensified prejudice against gender and gender. In addition, there are many criticisms that it only increased social costs through this. This paper points out the fact that studies on practical evaluation criteria considering gender differences were insufficient. Accordingly, it is intended to reinforce existing systems and research results, and to propose legislation of new food safety evaluation standards from the perspective of gender innovation.
