Acne is just regarded as a temporary phenomenon, or the gravity of it is overlooked because it has nothing to do with human life. The purpose of this study was to examine the awareness of people with acne and the state of their acne care. The subjects in this study were 483 people who are experiencing acne symptoms. Concerning the age for acne occurrence, the respondents who were adolescents and who were female started to suffer from acne at younger ages than the respondents who were adults and who were male. They got a mean of 7.27 out of 10 in awareness on acne occurrence and the cause of aggravation, which showed that the respondents weren't well aware of the two. Regarding the state of acne care, the largest group replied they did nothing related to acne care. The respondents who didn't use acne-related cosmetics outnumbered those who did.
