조직문화가 지식관리에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 중앙행정기관 공무원들의 인식을 중심으로

초록

The purposes of this study are to analyze the organizational cultural factors influencing the activities of knowledge management and to examine the management strategies of organization culture to activate the knowledge management. The results of multiple regression analyses show that openness of communication significantly influences knowledge storing and sharing; autonomy significantly affects knowledge storing; learning orientation has significant influence on knowledge storing, sharing and utilizing; credibility has an significant effect on knowledge creation. Based on the results, this study suggests the effective management strategies of organizational culture and discusses their potential implications of activating the knowledge management.
