초록

The purpose of this study was to verify the structural relationship between the quality of the relationship and the performance of the golf leader’s leadership type. The subjects for the study were 300 athletes from the golf academy in Gyeonggi and Incheon. The survey was conducted using the convenience sampling method. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 ver and AMOS 18.0 ver. The results are as follows. First, golf leader’s leadership type was had an impact on quality of the relationship. Second, golf leader’s leadership was had an impact on performance. Third, golf leader’s leadership was had an impact on performance. Therefore, it is believed that leadership according to various situations of leaders is needed to survive the fierce competition due to the changing environment of customers’ needs.
