초록
This study inspected the relationship among self-leadership, leader-member exchange(LMX) and social loafing behaviors, also focusing on the mediating effect of LMX. Data were collected from the questionnaire completed by 280 flight attendants of 'K airlines' in Korea through October 8 to October 21. 2012. For the validty test confirmatory factor analysis was conducted and for the reliability test Cronbach's alpha test was conducted. And multiple regression analysis was utilized for the hypothesis testing. The main results are as follows; The first, self-leadership have significant effects on LMX, among sub-concepts behavior- focused strategies, natural reward strategies and constructive thoughts strategies gave significant positively influence to LMX. Second, LMX have significant negative effects on social loafing behaviors. The third, self-leadership have significant negative effects on social loafing behaviors, among sub-concepts behavior-focused strategies, natural reward strategies and constructive thoughts strategies gave significant negatively influence to social loafing behaviors. In addition, LMX mediates the relationship between self-leadership and social loafing behaviors.
