In today's pluralistic and international society, there are situation too hard to explain the only logical way how intuitive and emotional situations can exist. In addition, people are pursuing a seamless emotional images communicate in sense and sensibility, and image as the day-to-day daily life. Currently the interior space of the complex cultural facilities is applied Emotional characteristics through a lot of design study. But the external space does not reflect the unique characteristics of the space still uniform designs. External space of the complex cultural facilities are enough the resting place and parks. Through which Visitors to meet at the same time the cultural life and leisure time, oppidan should be provided lead to a life of healing and joy. Therefore, in this study, the value space of outer space through the emotional characteristics of the complex cultural facilities enable these backgrounds to improve to explore. In addition, Purpose is improving the quality of life by providing a quality culture for local residents to provide basic data.
