The results of the study are as follows. First, there were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the pre and post aging anxiety scores within the experimental group, as well as between the post test scores of the experimental and control groups. Second, there were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the pre and post scores the psychological well-being within the experimental group, as well as between the post test scores of the experimental and control groups. These findings suggest that therapeutic music activities, combined with a structured life review technique, can be an important tool for improving the quality of life and promoting successful aging in the elderly.
