This study analyzes the relative importance and priorities of policy areas and measures for revitalization of international veterans. Through the prior research, four areas are established as policy areas, including the establishment of a sustainable foundation for international veterans, thanks and honor of UN veterans, linkage with descendants and future generations of veterans, and governance of international veterans cooperation. Policy plans for each area also are derived. AHP analysis and interviews for experts are performed to analyze the relative importance of international veterans policy areas and measures. The results show that establishment of a sustainable foundation for international veterans, linkage with descendants and future generations of veterans, governance of international veterans cooperation, thanks and honor of UN veterans are in order. Prepare a data-based international veterans system in the establishment of a sustainable foundation for international veterans, expand medical support for UN veterans in thanks and honor of UN veterans, expand support for the descendants of UN veterans in linkage with descendants of veterans and future generations, and activate the cooperative system with the participating countries in governance of international veterans cooperation are analyzed as the top priority. Based on the results, this study discusses policy implications for improving international veterans.
