초록

The purpose of the study was to develop future promising qualifications for the fourth industrial revolution. Research procedures were carried out with analysis of forecast for future new technologies and labour supply and demand, analysis of policies related to the fourth industrial revolution, composition of future prospective job group, deriving qualification items that require new development and review, developing future promising qualification items. The main conclusions of the study were: First, the employment in the new industrial sector based on new technologies in the future will increase. Second, in the future, with the segmentation and specialization of jobs, higher qualifications and education levels will be required. Third, In order to prepare for the fourth industrial revolution in major developed countries, the government is promoting policies related industries such as manufacturing based on IT technology. Fourth, the development of future promising qualification items in preparation for the fourth Industrial Revolution shall be carried out by 1) Composition of group of prospective jobs, 2) Selection qualification items that need to be established through an expert council, 3) Review and validity qualification items through ISC and relevant association surveys, 4) Review and validity qualification items through an expert workshop, 5) Development of the final future promising qualifications. Fifth, to prepare for the fourth industrial revolution, need to develop qualifications of big data analysis, artificial intelligence, IoT service and so on.
