초록
The purpose of this study was to develop comparative education program based on psychological tests and to verify effectiveness of university students' core competencies. The extracurricular program is purpose on enhancing communication among the six core competencies derived from the human talent of S university. And it was designed to enhance the ability of creative problem solving including psychological tests and activities. In order to analyze the changes of the core competencies developed before and after the program, paired t-test was administered to 74 college students who participated in the program. Focus group interview (FGI) was conducted on 8 groups and 22 people, and the collected qualitative data were analyzed by Nvivo11. As a result of the quantitative analysis, it was found that it had a positive effect on enhancing communication of self-understanding and self-expression, understanding of others. In the qualitative analysis results, they also have new perspectives on themselves and others, and they have changed in terms of mutual understanding, respect and positive relationship, and these changes are relatively maintained. At the time when various attempts are made to cultivate talent in the 21st century, both at home and abroad, for the transformation of innovative university education, the purpose of this study is to develop a comparative education program to enhance core competencies and to verify the effectiveness of the comparative education program.
