초록

The purpose of this study is to extract the components of measurement tools and the characteristics of constituent factors in order to develop the measurement tools for early childhood career preparation. First, we conducted preliminary research and documentary surveys. Second, we conducted interviews with teachers who teach children in the field. The results of those three focus group interviews with kindergarten teachers were combined, and the constituent factors and characteristics were extracted. Third, to improve the appropriateness and accuracy of the extracted constitutional factors, we conducted Delphi surveys three times in order to revise the concept of constructive factors according to the teachers, principals, professors and supervisors in the early childhood education. As a result, self-understanding, understanding of interpersonal relationships, understanding of work and jobs, decision making and career search were selected as the five components of the measurement tools. According to the contents of the constituent factors, the measurement tools were selected based on 118. 90 and 78 items respectively from the first, second and third Delphi surveys.
