소리 외피 개념에 기반한 음악의 치유 원리 고찰

초록

This study examines the healing principles of music through an integrative literature review. It focuses on the Enveloppe Sonore (sound envelope), which evolved from Didier Anzieu’s Moi-Peau (skin-ego) theory. This study analyzes the academic foundations and development of the Enveloppe Sonore. The envelope forms through auditory experiences in early childhood and serves the functions of containment, organization, and symbolization. In adolescence, it undergoes a developmental crisis of rupture and reorganization, accompanied by physical changes. The healing mechanisms of music are articulated through auditory holding, musico-verbal mediation, and plurivocality. These mechanisms identify musical experience as a psychological process that restructures and integrates the boundaries of the self as a psychological envelope. Although mainly discussed in French and largely underexplored in Korea, this study establishes a theoretical basis for the psychological and relational aspects of musical experience.
