In this study I investigated and analysed the company workers` life styles and the degree of satisfaction of their sports activities in which they were participating. The purpose of this study is to provide basic materials needed for the company workers who are participating in sports now or later to provide healthy and desirable way of activities which meet their various desires and needs. This study is based on the investigation of 377 workers who are participating in sports. For data analyzing contents propriety and reliability based on the former surveys were testified and amended. Correspondence analysis, x^2test, Canonical Correlation analysis were used in this research. The conclusion from this research are as follows. First, they showed significant differences in the socio-demographic relationship, such as sex and income according to the sports participating, however no differences in the factors of age and school career. Second, they showed significant differences in the background factor, such as purchase of products, but showed no differences in the factors of the company group, difficulties of activities, frequency, participation extent and term. Third, in the Correspondence analysis of the life styles, sorts of sports and activity satisfaction we can find the confrontation in the life style factors: jogging and badminton of the conservative, cycling of the people who follow fashion, swimming and ball game of the people who follow success, and golf of the reformist and who shows off. Also we can find correlations in the factors of activity satisfaction: ball game and cycling are related to social satisfaction, badminton to educational satisfaction. Fourth, in the relationship analysis of life style and activity satisfaction there is close correlation between the sub-factors of success pursuit, self-show off and the sub-factors of physical, psychological educational and social satisfaction.
