The creativity is one of the core abilities to develop in contemporary education dealing with current situation of 4th industrial revolution. The art education which evoke to search new experiences and concepts and construct art works based on them is taking role of developing creative ability. It is also very important to stimulate and encourage creativity in floral art education class. This research focused on the deduction of educational ideas which stimulate creativity in floral art education for children to respond that educational needs. To specify the method and process, the researcher firstly collected images of creative art work examples and art work creation scenes vastly from multiple sources. And then the researcher derived technical text from the collected images utilizing behavioral scene analysis technique, one of the qualitative research methods. After that the researcher continued to arrange and construct systematic composition of the concepts utilizing grounded theory methodology, also one of the qualitative research methods. As the result, following outcomes were derived. Three top level concepts of ‘experience’, ‘composition’, and ‘direction’: one sub-top level concept of ‘material and environment’ under the category of ‘experience’: three sub-top level concept of ‘composition medium’, ‘expression composition’, and ‘control composition’under the category of ‘composition’: four sub-top level concept of ‘an effective production’, ‘subjective production’, ‘a time production’, and ‘spatial production’ under the category of ‘direction’. And then 97 midlevel concepts and a total of 148 subconcepts were derived and arranged under those concepts. Through this conceptual systematization which were performed through the analysis of cases chlidren’s creative art work activity utilizing behavioral scene analysis technique and grounded theory methodology, a series of checklist that could stimulates creativity in floral art education cessions was created.
