The effect of the servicescape on customers' flow, trust, satisfaction, and revisit intention among fitness center members

This study aimed to explore the relationships among customers’ perceived servicescape, satisfaction, trust, and revisit intentions to provide effective services to consumers in a fitness setting. The results were as following. First, regarding the correlation between customers’ perceived servicescape and flow, servicescape had a significant impact on flow. Second, regarding the correlation between customers’ perceived servicescape and trust, servicescape had a significant impact on trust. Third, the correlation between trust and satisfaction, customers’ flow had a significant impact on customers satisfaction. Fourth, the correlation between trust and satisfaction, customers’ trust had a significant impact on customers satisfaction. Fifth, regarding the correlation between customers’ perceived servicescape and satisfaction, servicescape had a significant impact on customers satisfaction. Lastly, customers’ satisfaction had a significant impact on revisit intention.
