Raising a Christian leader-coach as an ultimate goal, this study is the first stage of research to develop an integrated Bible-based leadership-coaching model. Raising a Christian leader-coach as an ultimate goal, this study is the first stage of a three-part study to develop an integrated Bible-based leadership-coaching model. Along with the literature review, we first conducted three different group education sessions and focus group interviews with experts and then we carried out the expert content validity of the model. That is, we computed the average score using a 4-point Likert-type scale and content feedback. The experts participating in the expert review are university professors currently writing a PhD thesis on the subject of leadership and coaching, and they are professional coaches who are holding the KAC, KPC, KSC and MCC certificate. After the validity of the model was thoroughly reviewed and approved by the participating experts, the developed model has been named the “GOD 4N Leadership-Coaching Model” where “GOD” stands for God. “Holiness” (Leviticus 11:45) is the core value that this model is pursuing. The GOD 4N leadership-coaching program has two models, conceptual model and practical model. GOD, the conceptual model, is composed of three sub-models, each of which takes the initial letter of “God Father”, “Only Jesus”, “Dream of Holy Spirit”, respectively, and thus G-O-D. Based on the three conceptual models, each model is then further divided into four practical models whose names all start with the letter N, which is G-4N, O-4N, and D-4N. Specifically, G-4N consists of New Life, New Frame, New Practice, and New Attitude, O-4N consists of No Bible, No Bread, No Bed, No Breath, and finally D-4N is composed of Never-ending Coach-Leader, Never-ending Cheerer, Never-ending Comforter, and Never-ending Counselor. The way to become holy is to live a new life everyday based on the Bible and the GOD 4N leadership-coaching model as a guideline. The second stage of this study will be to develop a program that utilizes the GOD 4N leadership-coaching model and to analyze its effect. The names of the programs that will be developed based on this model will be <Fisher on Men>, <Carol Leader>, and <Fruits of Vineyard>, and all will be approached with ‘The Word Coaching’ methods.
