키워드 네트워크 분석을 통해 살펴본 가족센터 평가 결과 분석

초록

The purpose of this study is to explore alternatives to improve the evaluation guidelines of the family center by conducting a keyword network analysis based on the evaluation results of the family center. For this study, 200 keywords were extracted through the first and second refining processes after collecting the national family center evaluation data, and the network analysis was performed by converting them into a 1-mode matrix. As a result of the analysis, the necessity of establishing a long-term vision and a specific action plan was confirmed in the area of ‘business plan establishment and promotion’, and in ‘employee competency’, there was a demand for strengthening practical expertise beyond formal participation in education. In addition, in ‘community cooperation’, the feedback structure for systematic and continuous cooperation on cooperation performance was not sufficiently established compared to the quantitative expansion of cooperation, and in the area of ‘business operation management’, a lack of feedback system and inefficiency in the operation management system were derived as major improvement tasks. Finally, in the area of ‘regional specialization projects’, the necessity of elaborating the evaluation system to reflect locality, implementability, and strengthen sustainability was confirmed. These results suggest the need for the family center evaluation system to shift away from the existing quantitative management-oriented evaluation to an integrated system that encompasses strategy, field, cooperation, and sustainability. This study is significant in that it provides basic data for future evidence-based family policy evaluation models by empirically presenting the structural characteristics and improvement directions of the family center evaluation system through keyword network analysis.
