This article compares Shin Dong-yup’s ‘good language’ with Concept of Haewon’s ‘Cheoneo[天語, Heavenly Language]’, considering the importance of democratic communication during the “12.3 martial law” in 2024. First, thinking about the meaning of the sentence, “The quieter/ get, lower your seat/ down,”. We looked at the fairy tale of Bang Jung-hwan(방정환, 1899~1931), a Donghak‘s Writer who “served”(侍) a children as important. Second, I compared the meaning of Suun(水雲) Choi Je-woo(최제우, 1824~1864)’s ‘Heavenly Questions and Answers’ with the concept of the ‘heavenly language(天語)’ written by Haewol(海月) Choi Si-hyeong(최시형, 1827~1898). Third, “It comes sometimes,” I explained whether it was the time for ‘the dawn of a new era(開 闢, 개벽)’. One of the great achievements presented by poet Shin Dong-yup through the epic poem “Geumgang” is the fact that the reference point(準據点) or fixed point(固定点) of Korean history was the Donghak Peasant Revolution, the March 1st Independence Movement, and the 4.19 Revolution. It is important that ‘heavenly language(天語)’ emphasized by Haewol Choi Si-hyung has a clear religious experience and is a language aimed at publicity beyond individuals. Haewol emphasizes the fact that Cheoneo(天語) is not the first selfinterest, but a language that “comes from merit and heavenly heart”. Second, ‘heavenly language’ is a language that goes around a child-like minority. Third, ‘heavenly language’ is the language that the natural(universe) speaks. The ‘heavenly language’ of Haewol has both religious and social characteristics, but in Shin Dong-yeop’s ‘good language’, religious character is not well seen and social character is strongly revealed. It is time to revive the society that has been ruined by the violent boss’s language with the good language of Shin Dongyeop, the ‘heavenly language’ of Haewol. To go to this time, the time of historical ‘the dawn of a new era’ will come when we go beyond just political opening, as Shin Dong-yeop recommends to each person in “Good Language”.
