초록

Due to the ongoing employment crisis, an increasing number of young adults are opting for part-time jobs, which has led to a deepening of the communication issues they face. This study systematically analyzes these issues, proposing strategies to mitigate communication difficulties identified through user experiences. Focusing on the "communication difficulties" identified through a survey, we developed a service that addresses the limitations of existing applications, which primarily emphasize payroll calculations and attendance tracking. Additionally, the intuitive design ensures that anyone can easily use it. Our service integrates features like a shared calendar, a notice board, and access to employment contracts to facilitate smooth communication between part-time workers and employers. In this way, it helps to reduce work-related stress in order to enhance efficiency. By improving the part-time work environment, this service significantly contributes to fostering a more effective workplace culture.
