초록

This study explores the risk perceptions of the Fourth Industrial Revolution risks. The purposes of this study are to analyze the risk perceptions of the fourth industrial revolution risks and suggest policy implications. Using the psychometric paradigm, the survey was conducted to university students. The respondents perceive the fifteen possible risks caused by the Fourth Industrial Revolution as relatively risky. The risks are classified into four types based on a two-factor (“unknown” and “uncontrollable”) and the risk characteristics of each type are discussed. Based on the results, this study suggests the effective strategies of risk management, the establishment of risk analysis system, and the activation of risk communication based on the risk characteristics.
