초록
It has been 20 years since the Consumer Affairs Centers were established in Metropolitan local governments. The Consumer Affairs Center has the characteristics of a local organization dedicated to solving consumer problems compulsory in Metropolitan local governments based on the Framework Act on Consumers. What functional presence does the current Consumer Affairs Center represent? How much administrative services have changed for local residents since its establishment. In addition, the Framework Act on Consumers, which is the basis for the Consumer Affairs Center, has exceeded 40 years, and how much consideration was given to the local residents. The future value of the Consumer Affairs Centers can be said to be an administrative service that enables counseling on consumer life wherever consumer life takes place, and improves the quality of life as consumers by actively improving the inconvenience of consumer life. In this study, I would like to re-examine the 20-year-old Consumer Affairs Centers that have been established and operated nationwide under the model of Japan, and consider how to improve the next 20 years to develop administrative services for local residents through changes.
