초록
· Research topics: The purpose of this study is to investigate how students' career identity and meaning of life affect their adaptation to college life. · Research background: Although the university enrollment rate became high due to the generalization of university education, the quality of university life is not achieved properly, so the rate of leave of absence and drop out from university is increasing. · Differences from prior research: By setting “Seeking meaning” and “Being meaningful” as independent factors, we examined how the meaning of life and career identity affect various areas of college life. · Research method: WINDOWS SPSS 18.0 was used, and analysis was performed using the method of correlation analysis and the stepwise selection method of multiple regression analysis. · Research results: Career Identity itself related to individual emotional adaptation, and when it was with “Seeking meaning in life” they had an effect on overall college life and academic adaptation, environment adaption. Being meaningful affected social adjustment. · Contribution points and expected effects: It can be used as exploratory data to prevent students from school maladjustment by providing psychological counseling to find individual career identity and meaning of life
