초록
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to assess the influence of the physical environment of water-ski facilities on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Method: Therefore, a sample of people who have used domestic water si kfacilities for the past 12 month s was selected. A face-to-face and mobile survey were conductedr ofm April 5 to July 23, 2021, and a total o f 381 pieces of data were used for the final analysis. Data processing was conducted using SPSS (ver. 21.0) program to analyze the frequency, internal inertia & exploratory factors, correlate, and multiple regression analyses. Results: First, the physical environment of water-ski facilities has been shown to affect customer satisfaction in the order of facility environment, human service, and price S.econd, the physical environment of water-sk i facilities has been shown to affect the loyalty’s attitude and behavioral factors. Third, the physical environment of water-ski facilities has been shown to affect attitude loyalty in the order of facility environment, human service, and price. And as for behavioral loyalty, in the order of facility environment and human service. Conclusion: The above results show that we understand the importance of the physical environment, which is the most important factor in water ski facilities, and provide basic data for water ski base expansion by verifying the impact of customer satisfaction and loyalty, one of the means.
