초록
The outline of this study analyzes major cases of domestic public complex cultural spaces (Uijeong, Hwacheon) through prior research analysis and field surveys, and the case of the Seoul Cultural Foundation, which opened three base centers in the second half of 24, which is the main thread of this study, and suggests directions for preparing a living culture and arts education environment as a third space. The results of this study, which derived policy suggestions and directions for each center through a third spatial theory through literature and case review, are as follows. First, through public resources and institutional operation, the Seoul Arts Education Center should establish governance and partnerships in the base area. Second, it should aim for local culture and arts education for a floating life. Third, space should be able to form accessibility and familiarity. The implications of this study were that in the environment of creating the soil for culture and arts education based on program supply and new space architecture, the focus and discovery of culture and arts planners connecting existing spaces, people, and contents for local culture and arts education was a major time. This study is all public cases, and further research is intended to lead the presentation of educational management on the current status and development plan of UX and local art ecosystem of actual users of local cultural spaces by reviewing consignment, private, convergence resources, and operation cases.
