This study is an exploratory study to investigate the concept of Covid Blue, the influence of COVID-19, and support requirements at the university level perceived by college students. An open survey was conducted using an online Google questionnaire for four-year private university college students and 96 responses were analyzed using CQR-M. As a result of the analysis, 9 categories and 27 subcategories were derived from three areas: Meaning of Covid Blue, Impact of Covid 19, and Requirements for Support at the University level. First,‘the Meaning of Covid Blue’, recognized by college students, 10 subcategories were derived, including restrictions on romantic college life and activities, lack of reality in college life due to online classes, Isolation and depression due to interpersonal restrictions, and expansion of worries and anxiety about the future. Second,‘The Impact of COVID-19,’8 subcategories were derived, including the absence of college life and experience, disconnection of human relationships in college life, family conflict and psychological instability, academic maladjustment due to non-face-to-face classes. Third, 9 subcategories were derived from the‘University-level support requirements’such as improving the environment and quality of non-face-to-face classes, specialized customized service and scholarship support, and tuition reduction. The frequency and results of each area were analyzed and presented, the significance and limitations of the study were discussed, and suggestions for subsequent studies were made.
