초록

This paper presents the result of expert opinion on the policy constraints of tourism development. The objective of this study is to explore the factor through out from the any steps and processing entire of tourism planning and development and focus on basic causes of relations on regional development planning being delay or failure in Korea and to seek negative influence of the policy. A policy constraint is a barrier to the proper implementation of tourism development policy and an actor constraint is a barrier to stakeholder related tourism development. This result of expert survey show that the tourism plan must be prepared in such a manner that is realistic to implement. The implementation approaches and techniques should be considered throughout the planning process.
