초록

This study was conducted to grasp how dynamics of micro-level social capitalon sustainability of social capital. In order to answer the research question, astudy was examined through a case of ‘Empathy Shop’ in Seoul, Korea. Forthis purpose, social capital used by social enterprises is divided into‘micro-level and macro-level’ based on precedent studies, and ‘structure,cognitive and relational capital’ is considered. The results of the case study areas follows: First, social enterprise performance is enhanced by utilizing socialcapital. Second, there are differences in the importance of micro-level socialcapital affecting performance at each stage of social business development. Third, it is possible to secure the sustainability of social enterprises throughthe continuous management of social capital that is accumulated through thedynamic nature of social capital. This study will provide practice of socialcapital dynamism across the social business sector.
