This study is to experience scattering cultural heritages in cities through related sightseeing course·space design and to read and feel the phases of the times with storytelling in the historic cultural environment of downtown area. Also, through this, new education paradigm is suggested so that we can recognize meanings and values of historic cultural environment more easily and in more detail. For this, we selected Ohwol-gil in Gwangju which is the location of 5·18 resistance movement. Then, we investigated cultural heritages that are scattering in city and conducted storytelling in the event flow. Based on the storytelling, we tried to make it interesting for visitors' flow and through this, we suggested an environment where people can read the city's own stories and the phase of times. In the future, when cultural heritages are preserved and restored, we expect it to be utilized positively as a method to revive identity and historicity of the city with harmony of the phase of times. In addition, it is expected to be one of instructions which can provide further directions to develop walk sightseeing attractions or tourist attractions that can improve visitors' satisfactions.
