The Effect of Organizational Politics on Organizational Citizen Behavior and Performance

This study empirically analyzes the effect of Perceived Organizational Politics(POPs) and Organizational Citizen Behavior(OCB) on the performance. The empirical analysis focus on the mediator effect of OCB, especially, Civic Virtue and Altruism. the results indicate that Civic Virtue has mediator effect on the relations between POPs and performance. Civic Virtue has positive direct and indirect effect on the organizational performance and Altruism has direct effect on the organizational performance.
