초록

The purpose of this study is to provide the proper basic resources for the efficient sports management by clarifying the factors of the sports related businessmen’s life satisfaction which affects their job satisfaction and organization immersion in accordance with the participation to the Sports for all programs of the Sports Related Businessmen’s. The conclusion of the relationship among the life satisfaction, job satisfaction and organization immersion by using the method of structural equating model based on the extrageneous-endogenous latent variables model are as follows: first, life satisfaction gives, positive affection to the job satisfaction, second, life satisfaction gives negative affections to the organization immersion; third, job satisfaction gives positive affection to the organization immersion.
