초록

Cyber-physical systems (CPS) integrate cyberspace with the physical world through a network of interrelated elements, such as sensors and actuators, and computational engines.A CPS must also have the ability to overcome the uncertainties inherentto the physical system and its environment. However, an inspection of the real-time surrounding surveillance is highly dynamic in a regularly changing condition. The dynamic situation inflicts significant lossesand potentiallydestructive impacts on people, equipment, and the environment due to inevitable abrupt malfunctions. For a CPS to deliver both availability and safety, it is essential to have comprehensive system prognostics and condition care in order to observe and verify the physical system’s life cycle. This study proposes an approach to monitoring theintegrated vehicle condition in a CPS based on the ACP (awareness, cognitive, and prediction) model. The proposed method is as follows: appropriate digital models are structured through constant monitoring using a combination of physical multi-sensors; a cognitive interaction is formulatedbetween the physical world and cyberspace with data orchestration; and abnormal signs are diagnosedand faults (fault, error, failure, accident) are predicted by acquiring an understanding of the current situation. This work is designed to ensure the safe operation of complex systems, and is considered useful in developing a realistic variety of cyber-based monitoring systems © 2021, Human-centric Computing and Information Sciences. All Rights Reserved.
