The purpose of this study is to analyze teachers' feedback on the effectiveness of the policies enriching public education which have been carried out as one of sub-policies of 3·20 Relaxation Plan of Private Education, and to suggest useful information to the government when they plan new private education policies targeting teachers in future. The subjects of the study were randomly selected from elementary, middle, and high schools located in the overheated areas in private education, and 160 of teachers and 608of parents were finally used for the analysis. The result of the study shows that: ①Teachers tend to think teacher evaluation system more positively, when they are in the middle or high schools than those in elementary schools, they have 10 or less years of teaching experiences than they have 11 years or more of those, and they are in their thirties or fifties of ages than those in their forties, ② Male teachers evaluate their expertises in their teaching more highly than female teachers do, ③ Beginning teachers,rather than junior or senior teachers, think more classroom management by students'achievement levels as an effective way of instruction, ④ Parents of students evaluate the effectiveness of the policies enriching public education more highly than teachers do. At the end of this paper, the study suggests a few ideas of private education policy based on the research result.
