Debate is regarded as a type of dialog that needs the cooperation of interlocutors to reach a dialogical goal. Thus, debate should include the cooperation of interlocutors as its mayor factor. In this context, the cooperative Principle of Grice can give a theoretical ground that shows the cooperation of debate. As already well known, Grice demonstrated different maxims of dialog that are related to quantity, quality of messages, their relationship and delivery methods. He regarded these maxims as principles that should be observed to ensure the smooth progress of dialog. They are oriented to the cooperation of dialog, can be applied to dialog. Thus, I have drawn some principles of the dialogical debate through it. Even if they are only a draft, I think that they played a role for the construction of the theoretical ground of dialogical debate.
