예술강사 지원사업 관현악분야 시범사업 운영현황과 향후 방향

초록

Arts and Culture Education has been more focused than before since the Korean government realized the significance of creativity and personality. The various program for spread of Arts and Culture Education has been developed and Artists in Schools Program Orchestral Music Area goes with this area. Artists in Schools Program Orchestral Music Area, performed by Konkuk University and supported by Korea Arts & Culture Education Service suggests the model of arts education program through the development of the program, realization of the class by arts instructors, and presentation of the future plan. The objectives of the program is to develop the ensemble program, to select and manage to the instructor for adapting the program, and to evaluate and suggest the program. This study is significant to improve of the effectiveness through the reconsideration of the Arts Education in current. The main purpose of this study is the report of the current condition of operation and the suggestion for the vision and the direction of improvement. For this, first, the overview such as significance, main directions is presented. Second, the demonstration and analysis of the Program is followed. The third, assessment and difficulties of the program is mentioned and finally, the vision and the direction of improvement is suggested.
