This study is conducted under the assumption that students who have a clear sense of purpose for their own career path and who conduct career exploration behaviors with a plan to realize this will have a high probability of performing active and autonomous jobs even after the professional world. At this time, it is assumed that the college admission process is closely related to the career decision of the student. As a result of the analysis, the positive influence of career decision-making on adaptation to college and job autonomy is confirmed in common regardless of admission type. Regarding the differences depending on college admission type, students who are admitted with early decision show higher levels than students with regular admission in terms of career decision-making, college adaptation, and job autonomy after graduation. On the other hand, as a result of the structural equation model analysis, the path coefficient of the structural relationship between career decision (high school) → college adaptation (university) → job autonomy (after employment) is higher for regular admissions students than early admissions students. In the results of this study, regardless of the admission type, high school students' career decision-making - plans for the future, understanding of themselves, and the behavior of career exploration, are important. It is suggested that career guidance activities need to be conducted during high school years for both early and regular admissions.
