초록

This study aims to analyze employees’ recognition on the education executed in a private security enterprise, and figure out how this affects job satisfaction, and finally what kind of relation it has with service quality. For this study, we executed a positive analysis through literature review and questionnaire survey together, and the result of analysis thereto is as follows. First, as the result of analysis on the effects of education participation on job satisfaction, the higher the participants’ autonomy was in the education within the job office, the higher the level of professionalism recognition got. As the result of regressive analysis on the effects of education participation on job performance, the higher participants’ autonomy, continuous learning culture, and education level were in the education within the job office, the higher the satisfaction as to job performance got. As the result of aggressive analysis on the effects of education participation on overall job, the higher continuous learning culture and education level were in the education within the job office, the higher the satisfaction as to overall job became. Second, as the result of analysis on the effects of education participation of service quality, in the effects of education participation on sympathy and response, the higher learning motive and continuous learning culture were, the higher the level of sympathy and response got. As the result of the effects of education participation on reliability, reliability became higher as the level of an instructor’s quality. As the result of regressive analysis on the effects of education participation on the confidence, the higher a continuous learning culture and the level of an instructor’s quality were, the higher confidence got. Third, in reviewing the result of analysis as to the effects of job satisfaction on service quality, as the result of regressive analysis on the effects of job satisfaction on sympathy and response, the higher satisfaction as to professionalism, job performance, and overall job, the higher sympathy and response became. As the result of analysis on the effects of job satisfaction on reliability, the higher the satisfaction with professionalism, job performance, and overall job was, the higher reliability got. As the result of regressive analysis on the effects of job satisfaction on confidence, the higher the satisfaction as to professionalism, job performance, overall job was, the higher confidence became.
