This study aims to systematically examine the structural flow and thematic landscape of domestic research on childhood and adolescent cancer survivors and their families. A total of 109 articles published in Korea Citation Index (KCI)-listed journals between 2000 and June 2025 were selected for analysis. From these studies, 107 keywords were extracted and examined using keyword network analysis and CONCOR cluster analysis. The keyword network consisted of 107 nodes and 513 links, with a density of 0.090, an average degree of 9.59, and a diameter of 4, forming a relatively cohesive structure within a single connected component. “Survivor” ranked highest in degree, closeness, and betweenness centrality, functioning as the core hub that integrating the research topics. In addition, “adolescent”, “qualitative research”, “mother”, “art therapy”, “psychosocial adaptation”, “psychosocial services”, and “quality of life” emerged as major axes connecting the research themes. CONCOR analysis identified eight clusters: physical and emotional health management, family-centered psychosocial support, recovery and social stigma, life reconstruction and posttraumatic growth, illness experience and family awareness, psycho-emotional adaptation and needs assessment, adolescent development and caregiving roles, and recovery interventions and reintegration support. The overall structure was organized into a multi-layered landscape comprising core, mediating, and peripheral axes, expanding across individual, family, and social-environmental levels. By quantitatively and structurally presenting the thematic structure of this research field, the study offers foundational evidence to expand family-based interventions, to strengthen community- and policy-level support, and to advance survivorship-oriented integrated care.
