초록
The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship of college students’ job-seeking anxiety and employment preparation behavior with the mediating effects of career decision making self-efficacy and social support. A sample of 319 college students participated in this study. Data was analyzed with SPSS 23.0 and SPSS Macro. The results are as follows. First, the mediating effects career decision making self-efficacy and social support were found on relationship job-seeking anxiety between employment preparation behavior. Second, the dual mediating effects were found not social support but career decision making self-efficacy. In sum, these results indicated that job-seeking anxiety, career decision making self-efficacy, social support are considered all together to understand college students’ employment preparation behavior, and especially job-seeking anxiety and career decision making self-efficacy should be considered more importantly. Based on this study, I hope that further investigations to improve the college students’ employment preparation behavior are to be continued.
