초록

This article suggests that unified validity reflects the construct validity, presents the key concepts and problems of common factor model which is widely applied for unified validity. Also introduced an alternative way of ESEM and BSEM model has been recently presented with the correct method of application of the common factor model. Despite the expansion and subsequent development of a methodology in accordance with the quantitative theory, it is a reassurance that the method consistently raised analyzing problems existing lies in that it repeatedly reproduce the error to underestimate certain phenomena that exist in reality, or overestimated. Therefore, in order to promote the qualitative development of the physical activity research would have to apply the appropriate and suitable methodology for a variety of phenomena, based on this, researchers have the derivation results to describe the phenomenon well and at the same time, to judge it as a practical the interpretation that should be made.
