This study aims to explore how meaning is constructed and realized through movements, spatial structures, and other elements. This work is a piece that, through dance, expresses the process of a seeker exploring the meaning of life, undergoing ascetic practices, and attaining enlightenment. Moreover, through symbolic stage design and delicate movements, it integrates the ideas of 'emptiness' and 'enlightenment' in Zen aesthetics into the dance, guiding the audience on a journey of spiritual cultivation. The results of the analysis show that Zen aesthetics not only provide a philosophical foundation for dance works but also reflect the ideas of 'emptiness' and 'enlightenment' in the works, injecting profound spiritual connotations. At the same time, the research results demonstrate in-depth dialogue and integration between Eastern and Western cultures in stage art, offering new inspiration for exploring the cultural connotations and aesthetic values of dance art, thus expanding the scope of thinking.
