This study aimed to examine domestic and international research trends in digital mental health interventions for children and adolescents. To this end, journal articles published over the past decade(January 2015-October 2025) were retrieved from academic databases. Following the PRISMA guidelines, a total of 91 articles were selected for final analysis. The included studies were coded across five categories: year of publication, participant characteristics, research method, theoretical framework, and research topic. Results indicated that digital mental health interventions elated publications increased after 2020, with up to 17 studies published annually. In terms of participant characteristics, studies primarily focused on general population groups and mental health & clinical diagnosis groups. Although literature reviews constituted the largest proportion of research methods, multiple methodologies were represented with a relatively balanced distribution overall. Regarding theoretical framework, Cognitive Therapy(CT)/Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT) were the most frequently reported. Finally, more than half of the studies addressed the development and effectiveness evaluation of digital interventions. These findings provide implications for future digital mental health interventions research by clarifying recent trends and identifying areas for further investigation.
