This paper is a case study on classroom instruction of In-service Chinese teachers for improving the teaching ability of Pre-service Chinese teachers. To do this, we analyzed the preparation and methods of In-service Chinese teachers at high school classes, and then found out what Pre-service Chinese teachers wanted to learn and improve in college classes. As a result of this study, Pre-service Chinese teachers should learning the skills of In-service Chinese teachers such as integrate language skills, control content and progress, connect words and sentences, and how to deal learners mood. Therefore, it is necessary to link and improve the contents of curriculum area, and the curriculum of university also needs to be adjusted.
