This study is to explore not only the relationships between self-leadership and strategic behavior, but also the intervening effects of strategic attitude on the relationship between the subconcepts of self-leadership and strategic action based on the structural equation model analyses. The data have been collected by a survey in a large general hospital located in Seoul Metropolitan Area. The results show that the three subconcepts of self-leadership have positive effects on strategic action. Moreover, we can verify that the intervening effects of strategic attitude on the relationship between self-leadership and strategic action. The research results indicate that self-leadership affects attitude and behavior of individuals in organization to improve their task performance.
