As a result of this analysis, all of 5 paths were categorized as significant and the variables of four areas all influenced either directly or indirectly on the question of appearance gender role stereotypes. The findings of this study indicate that body dissatisfaction is an important predictor of appearance gender role stereotypes and BMI and appearance evaluation and orientation and body dissatisfaction were observed to have direct effects as well as indirect effects on levels of appearance gender role stereotypes.
