This study explored the effects of work-family conflict among dual-income parents on children’s behavioral problems as well as on the couple’s self-relative effects, parental depressive symptoms, and anger toward their children. Hundred and fifty double-income couples with children in early childhood were analyzed using the SPSS 23.0 program and the AMOS 25.0 based on the data corresponding to work-family conflict, depressive symptoms, anger toward children, and problem behavior of children. Results found that: First, the effect of work-family conflict between dual-income parents on their children’s problem behavior led to significant internalization of such behavior among mothers, and significant externalization of such behavior among both fathers and mothers. Second, the self-counter partial effect of work-family conflict of dual-income parents on parents’ depressive symptoms and anger toward their children was meaningful. Third, only mothers showed significant effect of work-family conflict on the internalization and externalization of problem behavior of children. Fourth, mothers showed a significant mediating effect of anger regarding the effect of work-family conflict on the child’s internalization of problem behavior, while both fathers and mothers showed This study explored the effects of work-family conflict among dual-income parents on children’s behavioral problems as well as on the couple’s self-relative effects, parental depressive symptoms, and anger toward their children.
